To promote the procurement of products with environmental protection labels to enhance the effectiveness of green procurement, reference is made to Article 96, Paragraph 3 of the Government Procurement Law, and a new provision is added: the requisitioning unit may, in accordance with the “Measures for the Priority Procurement of Environmental Protection Products by Organs” of the Government Procurement Law, purchase environmentally friendly products that are recognized by the government and have obtained permission for the use of environmental protection labels.

Stationery used in the school offices will be purchased by the Custodial Team, and general equipment will be purchased by the Purchasing Team, with priority given to those with the environmental protection or energy-saving labels. The purchasing of general equipment will be handled by the Purchasing Team, with priority given to those with environmental or energy-saving labels.
