10.6.4 Anti-discrimination and Anti-harassment policies for staff and students

Tzu Chi University Workplace Friendly Policy Declaration

Article 19 of the Teachers’ Employment Contract :
“Teachers shall not engage in sex discrimination, sexual harassment, teacher-student relationships, or any other conduct that is unlawful or contrary to the professional ethics of teachers in the performance of their duties of teaching, instructing, training, evaluating, administering, counseling, or providing work opportunities for students”,

Article 09 of the Employee Employment Contract:
“Party B shall respect the sexual or bodily autonomy of other persons and of herself/himself and refrain from unwanted advances, and shall not resort to coercion or violence to deal with conflicts of a sexual or gender-related nature”. The “Handling of Sexual or Gender-Related Conflicts”
