In order to promote substantive gender equality, eliminate gender discrimination, and uphold the dignity of the human person, we will cultivate and establish an educational resource and environment for gender equality. To build a non-discriminatory, inclusive and equal opportunity campus that promotes substantive equality among different groups and provides a safe, inclusive and equitable learning and working environment for staff and students, TCU has established the Commission for Diversity and Equality since 2020

The Association discusses the following issues and proposes directions for improvement:
Promoting equal opportunities between genders, between persons with and without disabilities, between diverse family types, and between persons of different racial or ethnic groups.

(c) To provide assistance to persons who are victims of discrimination and to formulate and review legislation on situations and problems of discrimination with a view to amending and improving it.
(d) To widely publicize the value of equality through education, activities or different means, and to organize activities or seminars for the participation of staff and students so as to deepen the understanding of equality.
